I love matcha!! Over the past couple of years, I have been obsessed with it lately. Sometimes going to a coffee shop to order a matcha latte 3-4 times a week can be pretty expensive. I decided to go ahead and purchase the matcha powder myself and to make lattes at home!
Of course, I had to put my own spin on it. Traditional lattes are normally made with steamed milk, but I wanted to include some of my favorite superfoods and supplements such as coconut oil, maca, and collagen powder. Also, if I want to make a “bulletproof” version, I will add some grass-fed butter and MCT oil.

1.) Matcha (keep it in the fridge for a longer shelf life)
2.) Collagen powder of your choice, I prefer Vital Proteins
3.) Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil
4.) Hot Water
In your blender, add matcha powder, collagen powder, coconut oil, and hot water. Blend for 15-20 seconds until frothy and creamy.
