Project Summer Body

Welcome to my Project Summer Body Series. In this series I'm going to be sharing some of my health and fitness tips to get summer ready as well as the new meal plan I'm on. 

Summer is around the corner, and I personally consider Memorial Day Weekend to be the start of Summer. I live in GA so Summer is basically already here. 

Today is the first day of my 30 day Super Shred. If you're not familiar with Dr. Ian, he is a celebrity nutritionist and was known for his appearances on the VH1 show, Celebrity Fit Club. He has a number of books, but I will be mainly focused on the 4 week Super Shred. 

I don't know about you guys, but I love to be healthy and fit and I'm going to be sharing how I will be getting prepared. I have a trip in Chicago in a month so I want to look my best. 

The objective of this series is to help jumpstart or give you motivation if you're plateauing. Hopefully this will motivate you to not only look good for the Summer but starting a healthier lifestyle.
