The supplements that are an essential for me!
Since I have been on my health and fitness journey, I have been very strict on taking my supplements. These help me out with staying healthy and staying energized.
1.) Pre workout
Pre workout helps me push through my workouts, especially when I don't feel like going to the gym. I like using the Cellucor C4 Sport in the blue raspberry flavor. This pre workout not only taste good, but it doesn't give me that itchy jittery feeling.
I didn't realize how important it was to take a multivitamin until my doctor told me. Multivitamins helps with energy and it gives me my daily value of essential vitamin we need everyday. I like the Target Brand Multivitamin. Nothing too fancy, since they all have the same ingredients.
I have recently been introduced to CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). These help out with fat loss and helps you look leaner. I use the Cellular CDR Performance CLA.
4.) Protein Powder
I didn't use to be a big fan of protein powders because I hated the way they tasted. I have been using the Vega Plant Based Protein & Greens. I like this protein powder because it has 20 grams of protein and per serving it has 2 servings of greens. This protein powder is great for after a workout or can be used as a meal replacement.
