Nighttime Skincare Routine

Skincare is very important to me! I love makeup but I also put a lot of effort into my skincare. After a long day, I like to make sure I'm going to bed with a nice clean base.

I have been trying out new products and finally incorporated a nighttime skincare routine.

First and foremost, drinking water is very important. You should drink up to 8 glasses of water a day. Water helps clear your skin and makes your skin glow and look hydrated.

Into the routine.....

1.) Cleanse

Cleansing your skin is obviously very important. I didn't wear makeup this day, but when you're wearing makeup you should definitely cleanse your face. I have acne prone,  combination skin. I love to use the Zero Oil face cleanser from Origins. I have been using this consistently for a month and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin.

2.) Tone

I have been using rose water sprays as a toner lately. I love the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with  herbs and rosewater. This facial spray is very hydrating and doesn't dry out my skin. It also leaves a nice fresh scent afterwards.

3.) Spot Treatment

I like to apply a spot treatment to treat the problem areas of my skin. I have been using the Differin Acne Gel. This product used to be a prescription item now its OTC and I love it! I have been using everyday consistently and it clears up acne fast.

4.) Eye Cream

I feel like its never too early to use an eye cream. I have been trying out this sample size of the GinZing from Origins. I love it! It brightens my under eye area and it doesn't make my eye area dry. My under eye area tends to get very dry.

5.) Serum

I loveeee serum. I think this is my favorite part of my skincare routine (LOL). I have been love the New Age Beauty Vitamin C Serum for my dark spots. I also love that this serum is very hydrating, that's why I only use it at night. This product is very helpful with clearing up my acne scarring.

6.) Night Cream

As I said before about the eye cream, it's never too late to incorporate a night cream into your routine. I have been trying out the High Potency Night a Mins Night cream by Origins. It smells so good and it's so hydrating. I'm obsessed!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! Thank you so much to Origins for reaching out to me to try a sample pack. I greatly appreciate it :)
